2. Purpose of this document

This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the website succes-seo.ro (the “Website”) and the general framework for the SEO optimization, digital marketing and advertorial publishing services offered by the Company (the “Services”). Accessing and using the Website implies acceptance of these terms.

3. Use of the website

  • The content of the Website is informational and serves to present the Services;
  • It is prohibited to use the Website for unlawful purposes, for abusive automated scraping of content, or in any way that impairs its operation;
  • The Company may modify the content of the Website at any time, without prior notice.

4. The free tools in the SEO Lab

  • The tools (SERP simulator, content analyzer, generators, calculators, GEO score, speed test) are provided free of charge, “as is”, for informational purposes only, without any guarantee of accuracy or results;
  • The results are estimates and general recommendations; they do not constitute a promise regarding rankings in search engines or citations in AI answers, nor legal, tax or financial advice;
  • The user is responsible for verifying the generated code (e.g. structured data, robots.txt files or redirects) before publishing it on their own website;
  • The speed test uses the Google PageSpeed Insights service, which is subject to Google’s terms; its availability does not depend on us.

5. Intellectual property

The content of the Website — text, graphics, logo, structure — is owned by the Company and is protected by copyright law. Reproducing, distributing or commercially using the content without the Company’s written consent is prohibited. Quoting with a link to the source is permitted within reasonable limits.

6. Contracting the services

  • The Services are contracted on the basis of a tailored quote, sent at the client’s request, and a contract or an order accepted in writing (including by email);
  • The quote details the included services, deliverables, deadlines and price;
  • Payment is made by bank transfer, in accordance with the terms set out in the quote/contract.

7. Nature of the SEO services — limitations

SEO optimization services aim to improve the organic visibility of the clients’ websites. The client understands and accepts that:

  • Rankings in search engines are determined by algorithms controlled exclusively by their operators (e.g. Google); the Company cannot guarantee exact rankings or fixed deadlines for achieving them;
  • Results also depend on external factors: competition, algorithm changes, the domain’s history, and the client’s implementation of the recommendations;
  • The Company undertakes to perform the Services in accordance with industry best practices (“white-hat” techniques), with professional diligence.

8. Client obligations

  • To provide the access and information necessary for performing the Services (website access, Search Console, Analytics, as applicable);
  • Not to request techniques that violate search engine rules;
  • To warrant that they hold the rights to the website and to the content made available.

9. Liability

The Company is liable for performing the Services with professional care, up to the value of the contracted services. The Company is not liable for: indirect losses, ranking fluctuations caused by algorithm changes, actions of third parties, or interventions by the client on the website that go against the recommendations.

10. Confidentiality and personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy (GDPR). Clients’ commercial information is treated as confidential.

11. Governing law and disputes

This document is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Bucharest. Consumers may also contact ANPC (Romania’s National Authority for Consumer Protection), including for alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

12. Changes to the terms

The Company may update these terms; the current version, with the date of the last update, is permanently published on this page.
